Sınav Başvurusu İçin Önemli Bilgiler
1) Başvurular https://tombis.sakarya.edu.tr web adresinden yapılacaktır.
2) Sınav başvurusu için Öğrenci işlerinden alınan öğrenci belgesi sisteme yüklenmelidir.
3) Sınava gelirken
a) Öğrenci işlerinden veya e-devletten alınan öğrenci belgesi
b) Pasaport getirilmesi zorunludur. (Hem Öğrenci belgesi hem de pasaport zorunludur. İkamet belgesi ile sınava girilemez.) Aksi takdirde öğrenci sınava alınmayacaktır.
4) Sınav başvurusu yapmayan öğrenciler, "Başvurunuz onaylandı" mesajı almayan öğrenciler hiçbir şekilde sınava alınmayacaktır.
5) Bu sınav sadece SAÜ öğrencileri için ücretsizdir.
6) Bu sınava yeni kayıt olmuş öğrenciler ve mezun durumuna gelmiş veya 3. sınıfa geçecek sadece Sakarya Üniversitesi öğrencileri girebilir.
7) Bu sınav SAÜ öğrencisi olan öğrencilerimizden Üniversiteye yeni başlayanlar için en az B2, mezun olacak olanlar ve 3. sınıfa başlayacak olanlar için gereken C1 sertifikasını alabilmeleri için yapılmaktadır.
8) Her SAÜ öğrencisinin TÖMER'de yapılan Ücretsiz sınavlara yılda 1 kez girme hakkı bulunmaktadır.
9) Sınavdan başarısız olan öğrenciler için ya da TÖMER'in belirlediği tarihler dışında sınava girmek isteyen öğrenciler için her hafta Çarşamba günü ücretli sınav yapılmaktadır.
10) Sınav; Okuma-Anlama / Dinleme / Yazma / Konuşma bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Her bölümün ağırlığı 100 puan üzerinden 25 puandır.
11) Başarı puan aralıkları ;
B1 --> 50 - 69 puan
B2 --> 70 - 84 puan
C1 --> 85 - 100 puan.
NOT: 50 puan altı alanlar başarısız sayılacak ve A1 kurundan kayıt yaptıracaklardır.
12) Sınavda başarılı olan öğrencilerimize sınav sonuçları açıklandıktan sonra sertifika verilecektir. Bu sertifikaları TÖMER'den öğrencilerin kendisinin bizzat alıp öğrenci işlerine teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.
Sınava Nasıl Başvuru yapabilirim?

Başvuru yapabilmek için sistemden kayıt yapmalısınız.
1- Kayıt olurken istenilen bilgileri eksiksiz giriniz. (e-mail, Ad-Soyad, Pasaport veya Kimlik No, Ülke, Telefon)
2- Ad ve soyadınızı büyük harflerle yazınız.
3- Aktif olarak kullandığınız bir e-posta adresi yazınız.
4- T.C Kimlik/Yabancı kimlik numarası veya pasaport numarası yazınız.
5- Aktif olarak kullandığınız bir Telefon numarası yazınız.
Gelen e-maili onayladıktan sonra sisteme giriş yapabilirsiniz.

Important Notes About Application Process
1) Applications will be accepted through our website: https://tombis.sakarya.edu.tr.
2) For application, a student certificate obtained from Student Affairs must be uploaded to the system.
3) On the day of exam, students are supposed to bring either a student certificate/student ID card obtained from Student Affairs or passport or a certificate of residence. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to take the exam.
4) It is by no means certain that students who didn’t apply the exam or applied but didn’t get a message “Your application is confirmed” will not be allowed to take the exam.
5) The exam is free of charge only for the students of Sakarya University.
6) Recently registered students and junior or senior students of Sakarya University can take the exam.
7) In this exam, the recently registered students should get at least B2 certificate and junior or senior students should get C1 certificate.
8) Each of the students of Sakarya University has the right to take these cost-free exams held by TÖMER only once a year.
9) For the students who fail the exam or want to take the exam on a date apart from the determined date, TÖMER holds paid-exams every other week.
10) The exam contains four sections as Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking. Each section has a score range of 0-25 (Total score is 100).
11) Proficiency levels;
B1 à 50 – 69
B2 à 70 – 84
C1 à 85 – 100.
* Those who get scores below 50 will be considered failed and they have to register for A1 level.
12) After the announcement of the results, certificates will be submitted to the successful students. These certificates must be received from TÖMER and delivered to Student Affairs by the students themselves.

In order to apply, you should sign up the system.
1- Please completely fill in the required information for sign-up. (e-mail, name-surname, passport or foreign national identity number, country, telephone number)
2- Write your name and surname in capital letters.
3- Use an active e-mail address you use.
4- Write your passport or foreign national identity number.
5- Write your valid telephone number.
After confirming the e-mail we sent, you can log in the system.
